"We have registered a case for abetment to suicide after complaint by Ashu Girhotra and we have requested for the case to be transferred to CBI," said Panchkula Superintendent of Police Maneesh Chaudhry.

Meanwhile, even though Chaudhry refused to comment on the issue of likely arrest of Rathore who now had been charged with non-bailable crime, sources in the police said that it was not likely on Tuesday.
