The Maoists killed a former Erraobore sarpanch Soyam Mukka, a prominent leader of controversial anti-Maoist peace campaign Salwa Judum, in Sukma district about 450 km south of Raipur on Wednesday. Salwa Judum was disbanded following the orders by the Supreme Court in July 2011.
