Faizabad District and Sessions Judge RP Shukla fixed June 27 as the next date of hearing.

Earlier Irfan, Ishiq Iqubal, Mohammad Aziz, Mohammad Naseem and Shakeel were brought to the court amid tight security from Naini jail, Allahabad.

The accused informed the court that they have moved an application before the High Court to transfer their case elsewhere as no advocate was coming forth to take up their case in view of the boycott by the District Bar Association.

The district judge has also recommended that the case be transferred somewhere else as no advocate was coming forth to take up their case, the sources in the district court said.
