The DTC is providing a salutary service for thousands of schoolchildren. This arrangement is too good to be broken to solve the Blueline menace.

Blueline buses have been responsible for innumerable fatalities. Yet, they’re the only option of public transport. It is unfair to take the buses away when it is the drivers who must be properly trained.
