This restaurant with a cowboy theme broke new ground when it introduced Delhi to Tex-Mex food a decade ago and got two itinerant chefs from Mexico to tell people about the finer aspects of that country's cuisine. Since then, we've been savouring their nachos, tacos, burritos, enchiladas and chimichangas, washing them down with well-made margaritas, but now the place is better-known for its wholesome lunch and dinner buffets, which include a line-up of pastas and Tex-Mex specialities, priced at Rs 195 plus taxes and Rs 250 plus taxes respectively. The Gurgaon outlet, meanwhile, has Murgh Malai Tikka, Tandoori Hara Murgh, Paneer Tikka and Paneer Makhni platters on the menu. Both outlets score on atmosphere, and the music is very much in sync with the market, but the original at CP is in desperate need of a makeover.
