Three persons were booked for raping and blackmailing a minor girl at a village in Rohtak district of Haryana on Tuesday.

The accused, Satpal Kumar, 20, and a 14-year-old boy, are residents of the same village and one Manoj Kumar, 20, is a resident of Hisar town.

Police spokesperson, Ved Parkash Nain said according to victim's family, the girl was raped by Manoj and the minor on March 8, 2012 and filmed on a camera phone.

The minor shared the video with Satpal, who then showed the video clip and photos to the victim and started blackmailing her. All three accused have been arrested.

In another incident, people protesting the rape and murder of a six-year-old blocked the train tracks at the Rama Mandi railway station in Bathinda on Tuesday.
