The 112-acre township—Esencia — would be rated on the newly developed GRIHA (Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment) rating that is being promoted by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy.

“The project is expected to generate sales revenue of Rs 1,700 crore over the next three years,” said Pranav Ansal, vice chairman and managing director Ansal API.

The integrated township project proposes to reduce energy and water demand by use of renewable energy for power generation and recycling of biodegradable wastes and water.
