Ever heard or eaten samosas costing Rs 2,500 a piece? On Friday, two Dutch tourists paid Rs 10,000 for four samosas. In Sonepur to attend the cattle fair, the two approached a food stall for snacks. The young shopkeeper told them his samosas were special: made of herbs and potato — and had aphrodisiac qualities.
