Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan on Friday announced compensation of Rs one lakh to family members of each of those killed in a landslide at Sakinaka in suburban Andheri.
The landslide that took place last night had claimed 11 lives and injured nine.

Families of each of those injured will get between Rs 25,000 and Rs 50,000 depending on the intensity of the injuries, an official said.
