Well, the dare bare brigade doesn't want to be bogged down by diktats. And some sultry sirens even teach how to handle uncalled-for opposition...

Mallika Sherawat: When the queen of controversies faced public ire in Indore, she decided to act the diplomatic way. When asked about the wrath she faced, the actress says, "I guess that is the way my fans love me. I don't consider it as their opposition. That was their love. Main to apne fans ke joote bhi apne sir par rakhti hoon to phir is opposition se mujhe koi shikayat kyon hogi? I love them as they are my fans even if they are raising slogans against me."

Meera: The Pakistani actress, who faced criticism after her infamous kissing scene in Nazar, says, "I have faced a lot of opposition in my country which made me realise that I could not continue living there. So, I left Pakistan and came down to India. I decided that I will not compromise and be cowed down by anyone. I always put a brave face in time of crisis and I believe every actress should be strong like I am. I will not allow anyone to curb my freedom of expression. Why should we be afraid of handful of people as long as we are right and honest to our profession?"

Mona Lisa, known for her flesh flicks, says, "This is not uncommon in a society like ours which is so diverse and multi-cultural. Whatever you are, you are never perfect for people. When people criticize you, the best thing is to forget it and move on. One shouldn't care about such petty things. Had I been in Mallika's situation, I would have done the same thing. I have to cater to the interest who those who love me and also make sure I don't hurt those who oppose me. So, the best way is not to react and be as natural as can be."
