There was an air of rejoice at the Jet Airways counter at the NSC Bose international airport in Kolkata on Friday with 14 of the 21 sacked employees resuming duty after the authorities announced reinstatement of the dismissed staff.

Sweets were offered among the Airline's staff members and they hugged each other in ecstasy.
According to a Jet Airways hostess R Bhattacharya, who also resumed her duty, seven other crew members were either sick or were out of station and "they will resume duty shortly".
Only Thursday, the aggrieved Jet Airways employees led a protest march in the vicinity of the airport complex.
