THE SAI Bhopal hockey team lifted the All India Mansukhlal Hockey Tournament organised recently in Indore. In the final, SAI Bhopal defeated Jabalpur 5-3. Sports Authority of India Training Centre (STC) Bhopal in-charge Mukhtiyar Singh, deputy director Sanjiv Sharma, assistant director Umadatta and others congratulated the team and its coach YS Chauhan.
Abhishek in MP cricket team
ABHISHEK SINGH of Bhopal has been selected in the State cricket team. The team will participate in the 52nd school nationals’ under-16 boys’ cricket tournament. Abhishek is a student of Red Rose School.
Junior kabaddi
MADHYA PRADESH junior state-level kabaddi championship will be organised at the BHEL Sports Complex from Wednesday. According to a press release issued by the Sports Authority of BHEL, Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) Mayor Sunil Sood will inaugurate the championship at 4 pm.
