I was just about to go for my bubble bath when a flamingo dropped in, claiming to have some gupshup on Sameera Reddy. She celebrated Diwali in France, where she was shooting her South Indian flick, Asal.

I’m told that on Diwali day, Sam suggested to her mother, who had accompanied her on this outdoor, to make authentic Indian food for the unit. Of course, she didn’t breathe a word about it to anyone when she reached the location.

So when lunch-break was announced and the unitwallahs were surprised to find ghar ke jaisa khaana in their tiffins. And were even more amazed to learn that Sam’s momma had prepared all the dishes for them at the actress’ behest.

Needless to say, they found the food so finger-licking good that they wouldn’t stop thanking the Reddy women. Chalo, badhiya hai! After all, such is life dearies.
