According the organising committee coordinator M K Bhatnagar, ten teams including RGPV, BSNL, MPSEB, Mantralaya, BMC, Arera, Irrigation Department, Dynamic Club and Bhopal Dugdh Sangha (BDS) will be participating in the tournament. The tournament will be organised on the knockout basis.

The winners and runners up will be awarded with trophies and prizes. BDA Chairman Dhruv Narayan Singh will inaugurate the tournament. On the occasion, BDS Managing Director Dr A K Nigam, BDCA vice president Aruneshwar Singhdeo and BDCA secretary Dr Shafquat Mohammad Khan will be the guests of honour.
