SC dismisses Sharma's plea in Bhatnagar case

SC dismisses the plea of suspended IPS officer RK Sharma for a copy of the statement recorded by the investigating officer of Rakesh Bhatnagar.

The Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed the plea of suspended IPS officer RK Sharma for a copy of the statement recorded by the investigating officer of Rakesh Bhatnagar, husband of deceased Shivani Bhatnagar.

A bench headed by Justice Arijit Pasayat set aside an order of the Delhi High Court which directed the authorities to furnish the same.
