SC issues notices to Marandi, J'kand assembly

The apex court issues the notices on a petition seeking to quash his election as an MLA while he was still a RS MP.

The Supreme Court on monday issued notices to the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly and tribal leader Stephen Marandi on a petition seeking quashing of his election as an independent MLA while being a JMM member in Rajya Sabha and contesting against the party's official candidate.
