California Gov Arnold Schwarzenegger is at a major technology fair in Germany with Chancellor Angela Merkel, touting efforts to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gases. Schwarzenegger and Merkel dropped in Tuesday on exhibitors at Hannover's CeBIT fair billed as the world's largest technology trade show including IBM and Germany's Software AG. California is the featured partner of this year's fair and more than 50 companies from the US state are attending. Merkel says German companies could help lead the innovation of environmentally friendly technology.
