Scorpene scam: IB directed to file report

Four weeks time has been given to the central intelligence agency to file its report alongwith the reply.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday directed the Intelligence Bureau (IB) to file its investigation report on the Scorpene Submarine deal.

A Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Vijender Jain and Kailash Gambhir granted four weeks time to the central intelligence agency to file its report alongwith the reply and posted the matter for further hearing to November 3.
