Bee (as Bayiravi is known) was a late entrant into the kitchen, and discovered her passion for baking just a year ago. Once it got more priority than her regular job, she knew it was time to take the next step. She took the plunge in Jan 2011, quit corporate life and embarked on her new and exciting journey - to build a home bakery, Bee the Baker, armedwith a mission to 'whisk' people some novel, unique delights from her oven.
You will usually find her pouring over recipes, redoing dishes till perfected, timing her life with the oven 'tring', dreaming of a 'new cake' and all whilst covered in dough! Surrounded by a team of well-wishers and friends, who lend their skills, all for some goodies in return, she continues to add to her repertoire and 'rising' reputation!
