Seven persons, including four contract labourers from Jharkhand, were killed and four others seriously injured when their vehicle collided with a speeding lorry in Visakhapatnam on Saturday.
The mishap occurred at around 5.45 am, police said.

"Four of the deceased hail from Jharkhand and were working as temporary labourers in Gangavaram Port while the remaining were from nearby areas of Visakhapatnam," a senior police officer said.
The lorry driver has been taken into custody and further investigations were on.
