The couple announced they were ending their relationship in February (2006) - just days before Crow was diagnosed with breast cancer.

The All I Wanna Do singer has been leaning on close friend Courtney Cox for support, who also helped Jennifer Aniston come out of her split from Brad Pitt.

"She broke things off to test Lance and it backfired. Now he is happier without her and she is depressed," Contactmusic quoted a source close to Cox, as telling American publication Us Weekly that Crow is still reeling from the split six months down the road.
