Best way to deal with the corrupt: Publicly shaming them and not trusting them again.

Are we more tolerant of corruption: Yes because in a way, everybody is corrupt and without corruption in some form, it is difficult to live and get work done.

Free but illegal: Not really. Downloading songs and movies on the internet doesn’t really count.
