Using physical force to commit sexual acts has been there since time immemorial. It has always sparked the emotion of hate in women and an attitude of 'she kind-of deserved it' in men. More often then not it is the victim who in some manner or the other, is put under blame.

There are two sides to the situation. If we engross ourselves with one side we can never be just to the situation and the 'victims'. Here I call both the parties 'victims'. The reason is that both claim to be the victims of the situation. The only difference being that the blaming situation as per them lies in the other person's realm. In short, it is a blame game. Unless one stops playing the game and tries to see it introspectively something hardly can be understood with regards to it's dynamics.

From the men's perspective, there have always been times when we have had psychopathy mingled in the mainstream. It only was a matter of time and opportunity. Since this is difficult to identify and correct the solution was thought to be 'avoidance' by women. If you look closely at the social and cultural systems you may understand them. The sensibility in advocating 'save yourself'systems lay in the fact that women are physically not comparable to the men folk. The physicality aspect has to be understood well and completely.

Remember, sickness knows no judgement. Prevention is the only bet.
