In Maharajganj, two labourers were killed and six injured when a wall which had become damp following sharp showers collapsed in a brick-kiln at Pakri village this morning, they said.

Two people were killed when they went to pick up mangoes and a branch fell on them during a dust storm in Paniyara area of the same district, they said.

In another incident, two children Julekha (48) and Zaafar (6) died due to wall collapse in Sertuaiya village in Siddharthnagar area Monday night, police added.
