Sitting pretty in the front-row actor Amrita Arora got all the attention, along with the clothes during the Wendell Rodricks showing at the Lakme India Fashion Week on Thursday afternoon.

But, she wasn't alone. Giving her company was cute little nephew Ahaan (Malaika Arora and Arbaaz Khan's son) and VJ Anusha. Though the loud music disturbed Ahaan (Amrita had the toddlers ears covered throughout the show), little Ahaan's face lit up when he saw mom Malaika strut down the ramp in a red off-shoulder top and minute fuchsia skirt and again when model Upen Patel waved to him from the ramp.
For the uninitiated, Upen Patel and Amrita are rumoured to be a couple. "Well, we're good friends," smiled Amrita sporting an off-shoulder white dress with blue floral print. "I love this dress I am wearing today, it's very Fifties, Breakfast At Tiffany's, and I love Audrey Hepburn. And it's the perfect dress to wear in the hot Delhi summer," she said.
And though, Wendell is among her favourite designers, Amrita also loves the work of Vikram Phadnis and Hemant Trivedi. "I like simple, classic well-cut clothes. Dresses and jeans are my personal favourites," said Amrita. And though she wears saris occasionally, she only has three in her wardrobe. "I feel more comfortable in western clothes," she said.

So we all had to be here for him," concluded Amrita. Well, it was nice to have a dash of Mumbai glamour to liven up the Fashion Week's proceedings.
