"We have lodged a case under sections 147, 283 and 341 of the IPC against unnamed people, who blocked the road while protesting against the death of a student in Kurukshetra a few days ago," said Mahindra Singh, in charge of Dabua police post.

"We will teach a lesson to the police, if they touched any protester," said Nagindra Bhadana, who was leading the dharna.

The death of Govind, 20, in Kurukshetra had triggered protests here on Sunday.
