SAD chief Parkash Singh Badal's son and former Union Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal filed his papers for Faridkot Lok Sabha constituency.

Former Union Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal filed his nomination paper for the Faridkot Lok Sabha constituency as a Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) nominee before the Returning Officer in Faridkot.

Sukhbir was accompanied among others by his father Parkash Singh Badal, who is also party president, mother Surinder Kaur and wife Harsimrat Kaur.
