Bandra’s gig hub, Café Goa, which shifted base to The Den next to Elbo Room on Linking Road a week ago, is slowly settling into its new location. And to thank its regulars and loyalists, the proprietors are soon going to introduce the supper club. Once a month, 25 people will be invited to join in a night of exclusive international cuisine and unlimited wine as part of this clique.

“We’ve moved things around a bit, and now that we have this place and a little more secluded area, we can start this supper club for small groups,” says Theron ‘TC’ Carmine DeSousa, co-owner, Café Goa.

Only the first 25 people, who register themselves and get their names put down on the list on the bistro’s Facebook page, will have access to the five to seven-course meal they have on offer.

“I want to keep it exclusive because then I can cater to that lot well, considering the kind of cuisine we plan to present. There will be varieties of unlimited wine, on the basis of which the cost of the evening may differ, but it won’t be that different,” says TC, adding that the total cost of the evening will range from Rs 1,000 to Rs 1,900.
