Even a rose has thorns
Petals like a mystic light,
As beautiful as a moonlit night.

Colors like a spectrum glow,
Oh! How ravishing the show.

Fragrance like a sweet child's smile,
Making one's life worthwhile.

Symbolizes love and peace,
Putting all the hatred to cease.

Looks of a peaceful morn,
But, even a rose has thorns.
