The agenda for the meeting includes several other points where a provision for airfare for external examiners is one of the major points. Faculty members of several departments have demanded that the examiners coming from other cities of states should be provided airfare instead of train fare. If this point is passed, the varsity would get extra burden as every department calls external examiners for their annual internal examination during the MBBS course.

Interestingly, this meeting of the EC has two controversial members. The term of these members has expired but they attended past two meetings. Also the issue of revoking suspension of Dr KK Singh would be discussed.
