On a plea made by Sanjay's lawyer Farhana Shah, the designated judge PD Kode had earlier allowed the actor to visit Bangkok for shooting of Hindi film Anthony Kaun Hai from March 11 to March 21 but asked him to appear in the court on March 14 when his regular appearance was scheduled.

However, on the actor's plea the court on Saturday modified its own order to allow Sanjay visit Bangkok from March 14 to March 25.

Sanjay said he would appear before the court on March 14 and leave for Bangkok the same night.

The court warned Sanjay not to maintain any contact with the absconding accused and to file a detailed programme of his visit with the Registrar of the court.

The court is engaged in preparation of giving its verdict in the bomb blast case in which the accused are facing the charge of conspiring and creating a chain of explosions at 13 prime locations in the city on March 12, 1993 allegedly at the behest of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim.

The delivery of the verdict has been delayed because of gangster Salem's arrest after his extradition from Portugal.
