The Bench deleted the name of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and some Union Ministers including Railway Minister Lalu Prasad, Mohammed Taslimuddin and MAA Fatimi from the list of respondents, saying that it was not necessary to implead individual ministers as respondents.
