The autorickshaw of 35-year-old Munna was Dhoni's regular mode of transport not too long ago.

"I used to take him back to the hotel after the Deodhar Trophy matches (at Keenan stadium) a few months back. He was very down-to-earth and always asked me to pray for his success," recalled Munna Friday even as he waited for passengers at the stadium gate.

"He used to have tea with us and was very friendly. We always told him that one day he would taste great success. Today we are very happy for him. I hope he would offer us some passes to see tomorrow's match," said a proud Munna.

"We are trying to contact him by locating his mobile number. But the heavy security cordon is a barrier in getting access to Dhoni," Munna added.

Cautiously optimistic, Munna hoped Dhoni would at least score a half century Saturday, if not a century.

The Jharkhand Cricket Association has invited Dhoni's parents to watch Saturday's match, but they have preferred to watch in on TV in the comfort of their Ranchi home.
