The records were related to scientific examination tests, call-records and sound reconstruction reports which were collected by the CBI.

Further, the defense lawyers had also requested for the narco-analysis, brain-mapping, polygraph and psychological tests of Rajesh and Nupur and also the scientific tests related to previous suspects Krishna Thadarai, Raj Kumar and Vijay Mandal. The three suspects were ruled out by the CBI in their closure report filed in December, 2010.

Talwars' lawyers had also requested to place on record various call details related to the mobiles of Krishna and Raj Kumar.
