Tata Power Company Ltd said on Thursday it had signed an agreement with Siemens AG and South Korea's Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction Co to bid jointly for power projects in India.
Further details were not available.
Shares in the Indian company were down nearly 2 percent at 487.80 rupees in a choppy Mumbai market.
