Terror groups responsible for blasts, says Jaiswal

"I believe it is the handiwork of groups who are trying to spread terror in our country," said junior Home Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal.

Blasts which killed at least four people in three northern Indian cities on Friday were the handiwork of groups trying to spread terror across the country, junior Home Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal said.

"I believe it is the handiwork of groups who are trying to spread terror in our country," he told reporters, minutes after three blasts were reported from near local courts in Uttar Pradesh.
