The grenade, apparently thrown to scare away voters who had gathered in large numbers at booth number six, caused no injuries, they said.

The voting at the booth started at around 10 am. As the Electronic Voting Machine had developed some technical snag and was replaced, the sources said.

By-election to Rafiabad, Pattan, Sangrama and Bhaderwah Assembly constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir are being held on Monday amidst tight security arrangements.
