That's how Pak will listen

It is always relevant to negotiate from a position of strength. The killing of Nawab Bugti and resurgence of Baloch nationalism in Balochistan has given one such opportunity to India and its intelligence agencies. It’s the right time for India to start supporting insurgency in Balochistan with money and weapons. That province, with its energy reserves and strategic location can become Pakistan's answer to Dubai. And with the development plans that Pakistani establishment has for Balochistan, it will be a strategic set back for them to have insurgency in the area to contend with.

And once the insurgency in the area has taken root, India can force Pakistan on the negotiation table and offer them peace in Balochistan in return of peace in Kashmir.

Few things that favour us are that the Balochis are not the followers of Wahabi sect. They are the moderate Sunnis and hence can be more compatible to the Indian game plan. Moreover, with the improved relations that we have with Afghanistan, it can be the launch pad for Balochi nationalists.

Hence our stated policy should only be of sympathy with the Balochis.

I completely understand that it’s a dirty game but then Pakistan is also playing a dirty game in Kashmir. Destiny has moved the dices in our favour. Now is the chance for India to use it to mould our future.
