A day after India was shaken by deadly blasts, police officials in the tense Uttar Pradesh state called it a handiwork of "Pak-based Lashkar-e-Taiba".
It's the most predictable statement by police officials after any blast in the country.
And the most obvious question raised by the Pakistani media after every blast here!
Like Pakistan's leading daily Dawn puts it: "…Some elements in India miss no opportunity to find involvement of Kashmiri separatist and Pakistan-based Islamist militant groups in any incident".
The paper instead puts the blame on "home-grown" militants.
"A big swathe of Indian territory - from the Nepalese border to Andhra Pradesh - is in the grip of guerrilla activity by anti-government Maoists."
Condemning the blast that killed 21 people, the paper says: "It is not clear what precisely Kashmiri separatist groups would expect to gain from massacring innocent worshippers".
"…This would deprive them of sympathy they enjoy for fighting for the cause of Kashmir freedom," the editorial adds.
And even as Dawn advises that security agencies should get into bottom of the matter and find out real perpetrators, a little-known terror group in Pakistan Lashkar-e-Qahar has taken up responsibility for the blasts.
