Enthused by the new wave, a delegation of several voluntary organisations reached the Regional Passport Office (RPO) on Ashok Marg, following the maximum number of complaints against the department. The delegation met RPO Vinay Srivastava and apprised him of the problems faced by applicants, who were being turned away and not being told even the name of the PIO to whom applications seeking information could be submitted.
