Three persons were arrested and one kg heroin seized from them in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Three persons were arrested and one kg heroin seized from them in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir early morning on Tuesday, official sources said.

Acting on a tip-off, police conducted raid at Hattimorh village and seized the contraband from the accused, they said.

The trio was booked under NDPS Act, they said, adding that one of them was identified as Sharief Mohammad.
