Three terrorists killed in J&K encounter

Three unidentified terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Kulgam area of Anantnag district.

Three unidentified terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Kulgam area of Anantnag district, a defence spokesperson said here today.

A gunfight started between terrorists and security forces at Marhama village in Kulgam area on Friday night at around 2000 hours, the spokesperson said adding the terrorists were killed in the gun battle.

The group affiliation and identity of the slain terrorists was being ascertained, he added.
