TMC extends support to student union elections

Terming it a "well-planned conspiracy" to deprive students of an opportunity to take to politics in a big way and contribute to nation-building, he said, "This is nothing but a brazen attempt to keep the 15 lakh-odd students away from the elections and to prevent them from exercising their democratic rights.
