A 19-year-old boy was killed when the escort car of Tamil Nadu labour welfare minister ST Chellapandian hit a two-wheeler near in Tuticorin on Saturday, police said.
The deceased was identified as Ramar residing at Mudivaithanedal in Tuticorin district.
