Touch screen kiosk at Charbagh

DRM NORTHERN Railway RK Gupta inaugurated Lucknow division’s first kiosk type touch screen system at PRS (Passengers Reservation System) at Charbagh on Thursday.

This system will enable passengers to find the current status of their reservation by typing the PNR number directly on the screen.

The Railways also planned to provide similar kiosk at the first class concourse at Charbagh station.

Besides, two more kiosks will be set up at Varanasi station in the near future.
