Karan Thapar's The Quality I most admire (Sunday Sentiments, June 24) was interesting. Big men make small people feel big, and small men make big people feel small. In the Army, owning up to one's mistake is a key quality. Even senior officers don’t hesitate to apologise if they are late even by five minutes. So, what Colonel Kirori Singh Bhainsala did reflects the ethos of our fine army.
