India's top women quarter-milers will regroup to during the two-day trials in Bangalore from Saturday to select the squad for the fifth Asian Indoor Athletics championships to be held in Hangzhou, China from Feb 18.

India's top women quarter-milers will regroup to during the two-day trials in Bangalore from Saturday to select the squad for the fifth Asian Indoor Athletics championships to be held in Hangzhou, China from Feb 18. After last year's doping scandal decimated the cream of India's 400m runners, the Athletics Federation of India (AFI) is hopeful the second string would take off the blocks.

During the trials, India will look to build a new women's 4x400m relay team.
