2 Tripod trivia: Using a tripod invokes discipline and lets you take long shots without shake or blurs.

3 Dot yourself: A polarising filter helps cut down the glare and reduce haze or reflections. Once you screw on the filter to the lens, rotate it while looking through the camera until you get the desired result.

4 Balance it: Hold graduated Natural Density (ND) filters in front of your lens to help balance the brightness of the sky versus land in your image.

5 Quality light: Right light can make all the difference. Between 6.30 am to 9.30am and 3.30 pm to 7pm, the sunrays are softer with a golden yellow tint. Find the right time of day to get the most of your landscape.
