Join the movement

Four weeks on, your response has overwhelmed us. As thousands of responses flooded our inboxes and lakhs of hits accumulated on our Facebook page, organisations across the city joined in, helping us help you plan your first ever HT No TV Day.

Lots lined up

So today, rather than have your conversations, your meal times and your mindspace occupied by a flickering screen, you can join us on cycling trips, heritage walks, nature trails, and, finally, a spectacular laser and fireworks show at Juhu.

You can also celebrate at our carnivals, get discounts at 350 restaurants and cafés or walk into a free yoga session, museum display or film screening.

So set that TV remote aside and join us. Put family first. Put real life first. Put Mumbai first.
