Two held on charge of sodomising Dalit in Karnal

The local police have arrested two persons for sodomising a Dalit minor. In a statement issued by the superintendent of police office on Tuesday evening, a man alleged that Lakhwinder Singh (41) and Vijay had sexually assaulted his 15-year-old son.

In a statement issued by the superintendent of police office on Tuesday evening, a man alleged that Lakhwinder Singh (41) and Vijay had sexually assaulted his 15-year-old son.

The crime allegedly occurred in the city police station area at a house.
The accused were arrested under the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocity) Act.

Meanwhile, the court sent the accused to jail.
